Capturing the essence of a small-scale, artisanal olive oil production, introducing: S’Olivar de Valldemossa by Hotel Valldemossa.

From a land located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, World Heritage by UNESCO. S’Olivar de Valldemossa, is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil made 100% by “empeltre” olives. A unique and limited production, every year no more than 1200 bottles are made.

“Flavors of intense green fruit, herbal aroma, almond and banana with hints of apple and nuts will result in taste that is sweet in mouth, slightly bitter and with a spicy touch.”
